Everyone responds a bit differently to any supplement, so I'd like to see what all of you favor. What supplements do you currently have? They have 100mg of caffeine per pill to give you that extra kick in the morning and before a workout for a boost of energy. It's a thermogenic fat burner, works very well. EDIT and of course I'm gettin' my whey! Fish oil pills and multi vitamins.

All I know is that my age group apparently has the highest testosterone levels that you will ever have in a normal males life. (I'm 22 years old)
