Curious as everyone has different view points on their supplements and how they perform in their personal training days and how their body's respond.

Everyone responds a bit differently to any supplement, so I'd like to see what all of you favor.

What supplements do you currently have? Describe them a bit

Right now all I'm taking is a fat burner. Oxy elite pro, one in the morning and two pre workout. They have 100mg of caffeine per pill to give you that extra kick in the morning and before a workout for a boost of energy. It's a thermogenic fat burner, works very well.

EDIT and of course I'm gettin' my whey! Fish oil pills and multi vitamins.

Ive only ever heard of older people using testosterone boosters. I don't know a whole lot about them so I can't really say anything. All I know is that my age group apparently has the highest testosterone levels that you will ever have in a normal males life. (I'm 22 years old)

Hydroxycut and some protein shale there.... Will edit name when I get home, 60g protein per serving

Only thing I know that has 60g of protein in 1 serving would be a mass gainer, lol.

Most protein shakes are 22-26

i eat those french fries giving me that 7g of protein

also having 3 mince pies a day for those calories that i will burn off walking to the toilet

im healthy as fuck.

Whey protein, casein protein, cod liv oil/flaxseed oil, multivit, creapure.

My shaks have added HMB and Glutamine and shit already so i find it pointless adding my own.

Not really taking that much anymore
