If you're interested in music then I suggest you give this a listen, and indeed a read.

Summary: (should you be too lazy to go there)

you timestretch the music, making it 800% slower.

it sounds like a choir singing in harmony on a beach with the waves crashing in the background. It's actually quite soothing.

well it does appear one cannot expand their musical library without being accepted by any other gang that music has decided its'ef to split into.

I post something interesting and dubstep people shout at me, i post dubstep and everyone else hates it.

It seems to be that people a bit more reaxed when it comes to their own and, indeed other other peple music tastes. If you like classical cool but don't go round saying everything else isn't good.

Except dubstep, which really isn't musical at all. Just sometimes sounds good.

When did anyone say they hated the dubstep tune? Rofl. And NOBODY has mentioned anything about musical taste, I like most categorise of music... It doesn't fall under any category, it's a song slowed down, it's hardly musical engineering is it, it sounds like a song slowed down - because that's what it is, it's not some beautiful piece of art, it's shit.

it's not art, it is interesting. Factoring in time into music is always interesting, the very fact that slowing a song down can make something shite sound more like a landscape or sample work is awesome.

and lip job quoted the dubstep link and said ignore my comment which was "sounds really good actually".

The thing is, I don't just like how music sounds, I like how music is formed, how sound works, the physics of music. I also like using numbers to create music. I watched a video that used the Pi to write songs, as in the current digit of pie equartes to that number of note within the scale. It was awesome.

And then I like technical music, music were people can only play it after practice. I guess that's my musical summary.

I'll just stop posting music to avoid any more confrontation :P Or at least any Rebecca Black bollocks. Maybe, I'll create a Katy Perry Jazz topic, I'm sure everybody would love that.

If you like how music is formed look into drum n bass, it's pretty interesting how they make it  ;)

I have done, it is interesting but not really to my taste. There isn't a genre I haven't listened to and explored and sometimes I'm pleasently surprised. Most of the time though I'm filled with dusgust for lack of talent.
