S 6 I 6 N 6 Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 Just a poll to see how everyone diets when they're on a bulking cycle. - Opt.1 Clean - Healthy diet (A set protein, carbs, cals, etc..) - Opt.2 Dirty - Unhealthy diet (A set protein, carbs, cals etc..) - Opt.3 Clean w/ cheat day (Say you eat real healthy Mon-Sat but you pig out on Sunday. - Opt.4 I don't even diet (You either: a. Don't care or b. Don't know what to do) - Opt.5 I don't even lift (Self explanatory)
S 6 I 6 N 6 Posted March 31, 2011 Author Posted March 31, 2011 Doesn't matter how much protein you eat if you're not getting the right amount of calories/healthy fats. All your doing is feeding your muscles and not giving them anything to actually even grow with.

Yesterday I had oats, vitamins and a shake for breakfast, a tuna sandwich for lunch (big ass tuna sandwich) and I made salmon baked in mayonnaise for dinner. I ate maybe a pound of that salmon LOL it was pretty fatty. In between I was snacking on random things.

Ollie Posted April 5, 2011 Posted April 5, 2011 For breakfast i have a couple weetabix. During the day i eat a lot of shit, whatever's around really. I do have a balanced meal each day for dinner though (Mum's a good cook :D ) Plus my 2 shakes a day & snacks after dinner, like a couple biscuits with my coffee, bag of crisps, or a yoghurt. Overall it isn't really too dirty, it's just the snacks that do it =S It's working for me though =]
Steroids Posted April 5, 2011 Posted April 5, 2011 stop the snacks and exchange them for a tuna/chicken sandwhich on wholemeal bread or sumthing ollie.. i much prefer sandwhiches to crisps/biscuits
