Personally, 6 times a week but of course some are only for weights and others for running-cardio.

I'm wanting to downgrade my days to 5 but I'm used to do exercise everyday since I'm like 12, not sure I would handly my body(keeping my muscule/ gain fat) if I downgrade my exercise.

yeh 5 is the amount of days thats just weights. when cutting, i dont do my cardo at the gym. i go on runs twice a day 4-5 days a week.

3 days, weights/little bit cardio.

was 4 a few months ago, then i stopped for a bit..

Came back few weeks ago went 2/3 now i'm stopping at the gym and just doing cardio at home every night.

5 consistently, if i miss a day during the week due to an exam ill make it up on the weekend, 20-30 mins cardio each day aswell

3-4 depending on how busy Uni is, I want to amp it up to 5 but I don't have the time.

atm i usually can hit 4 but i want to hit 5, just a bit tough cuz of work

3-5 days a week for an hour and a half for hockey !

trying out for AAA this week!

Last couple months has been 4, modified my workouts and now I'm going 5.
