Satsot Posted April 2, 2011 Author Posted April 2, 2011 5 I'm wanting to downgrade my days to 5 but I'm used to do exercise everyday since I'm like 12, not sure I would handly my body(keeping my muscule/ gain fat) if I downgrade my exercise.
Steroids Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 yeh 5 is the amount of days thats just weights. when cutting, i dont do my cardo at the gym. i go on runs twice a day 4-5 days a week.

Soap Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 was 4 a few months ago, then i stopped for a bit.. Came back few weeks ago went 2/3 now i'm stopping at the gym and just doing cardio at home every night.
