Tango_Oscar Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 you could try HIIT but beware different things work for different people, if i do it, i love loads of size
Soap Posted April 19, 2011 Author Posted April 19, 2011 Just thought i'd update: Last week not really kept to the correct diet, been out with friends/karting with others who wanted chinese etc.... But nevertheless lost 2kg since the time i've posted this topic.
Smush Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 That brisk walk will get you no where. You need to do HIIT, so here's an example. So you're on a treadmill - make sure it's incline so you burn more in less time, sprint for a minute, walk for 2-3 minutes, sprint, repeat this process until desired results. And the pictures were a nice addition as well.

Kofte Posted April 20, 2011 Posted April 20, 2011 Try going out and actually running rather than treadmill running, it's better for killing dem calories. I would, but everywhere around me is on a hill, I prefer running on level ground not steep hills. Steep hills are better for cardio, instead of a long runs try running intervals on the hills, test the interval times to where your pushing yourself. Whole grains for the grains
Kyle Posted April 20, 2011 Posted April 20, 2011 Your body reminds me of mine before I started getting into lifting ;p I also cut some weight, but once you start lifting for a year+ the muscle really starts to show through the fat and you start to get a bigger picture of what you would look like if you lost more weight...it rly helps pushing you towards weight. tl;dr get into the gym
