getting ripped for summer

hey im currently 6 ft 2 11-12 stone(not sure what that is in pounds) im quite thin but not skinny, i have abit of fat to work with  im just looking to get more toned for the summer, is there any routines or activities or general guidance that can help me?

would appreciate alot

168lbs or 76kgs, not massively underweight, but you could get abit bigger. To get toned, you need to lose body fat, so I suggest you read the sticky of this section.

Get your diet straight - Various topics and info around.

Get to the gym and start with resistance training, a bit of cardio too (HIIT is better tho)
