IJAY Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 hey im currently 6 ft 2 11-12 stone(not sure what that is in pounds) im quite thin but not skinny, i have abit of fat to work with im just looking to get more toned for the summer, is there any routines or activities or general guidance that can help me? would appreciate alot
Satsot Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 168lbs or 76kgs, not massively underweight, but you could get abit bigger. To get toned, you need to lose body fat, so I suggest you read the sticky of this section.
