Ikz Posted April 8, 2011 Posted April 8, 2011 Since I'm training for hockey and my security course I'm moving towards the more healthier diet so I'm curious what is the best of each separate food group to eat for each meal? I tried porridge this morning and aboslutely hated it and I'm not fond of eggs unless there's a way I can spice up the flavour. Never been very good with breakfast foods.
Steroids Posted April 8, 2011 Posted April 8, 2011 everything is debatable really. meat = chicken/fish dairy = eggs/milk carbs = pasta/rice fruit and veg = bannana/broccoli ? u can get flavoured porridge btw
