Niacin Flush

Has anyone experienced it? It happens when you're taking large supplements of niacin, which is often in multivitamins. Anyways, today is my 5th day of training and I've been taking these multivitamins each morning, but today I took em a little earlier in my meal than usual and about 10 minutes later broke out in this patchy rash all over my body. My face looked fucked up (more than usual) and my ears were bright red. Should've taken some pics cause it was weird as hell. Idk how I'm gonna deal with this when school starts up again...

Here's a good explanation of it: http://www.mens-total-fitness.com/niacin-flush.html

There's nothing wrong with Niacin. It's vitamin-B, nuts, eggs, dairy products, fish and stuff contain niacian but in low doses. What seems to be happening is that you took a larger dose than you should have.

The flush itself is normal and doesn't harm your body. It just makes you look strange.
