Kofte Posted April 14, 2011 Posted April 14, 2011 Like an ice bath? Yeah its good I got into habit of doing it after every practice, its painful in the start but it feels good in about a minute. Its supposed to constrict blood vessels, once you get out and warm up blood goes faster into the area = better recovery.
