I've been wanting to get a firecape for ages, but I don't know how to go about it,

If anyone could tip me on what I should take in my inv or what tactics i should use would be great

Also i'm a pure with 43 pray, 90 str, 94 magic, 87 range if this helps with the inv or tactics
