Intel i7's have hyperthreading, which basically means they can change speeds It has 4 cores and 8 threads.. 4x1.6 = 6.4GHz Hyperthreading means it can turbo to 2.8GHZ giving it 11.2GHz if it needs to.. dont talk shit when you dont know shit please.

But my current order waiting (3 freaking weeks), -Intel Core i7 990X -24Gb G.Skill Ripjaws 1600mhz -Dual GTX 580's -EVGA Classified3 MoBo -Corsair AX1200W PSU -OCZ 120GB SSD, with a 2TB WD Black HDD for storage -Corsair 800D -360MM Rad + a 240MM rad, with the CPU and GPU's being WC. u got 24 gb ram when windows can only use 8 gb of it so you got 16gb ram sitting without use, and the point is?
