I have no idea, google it. Might have to pick it up from wherever you pre-ordered it from. Do you have a code or anything that was on the receit of the pre-order? Might have to DL the beta demo then put in a code or something, idk.

No you don't have to preorder it lol. Format a USB on your xbox then download the VIP version of the beta online and put it on your HDD. Been playing the beta for 5 days already.

You'll need a 1GB+ USB stick formatted to your XBOX. To do this put it in, use the dashboard to go to system settings > memory > highlight/click the USB stick then hit Y to format.

In the tutorial below it's not explained too well, but the sixteen 0 folder *must* be made, your xbox live profile is not needed on your memory stick. The code which is pretty hard to see is 4D5389B9. Disregard the folder he's already made starting with 58...

I think you can only get banned if you connect to xbox live. I've not got the beta but if you don't have to connect to live then I shouldn't see it as a problem. Just disconnect your ethernet cable/wireless and play. Then when you eventually get bored of hiding you can do something else.

Like with anything illegally there is a chance, but there's already another 20k people on the Beta, so your chances of getting banned are very low.  ^_^

VIP codes were for friends and family of the games producers, MLG pros and select others. Maybe, but I doubt it. Got #1 weekly on my friends list and he hasn't been banned.
