Need Youtube Channel Background Made

I need a background for my channel. I'm willing to pay like $10 or 10M depending how much I like it :P. I'm gonna leave all the effects up to the artist but I want it to say "I Contr0lz I" and have "Featured Video" and "Newest Video" beside their respective boxes. I think you can find templates online but I'm not sure. If you have more questions that would help you out with the project, feel free to ask here :). Thanks in advance.
