IJAY Posted April 17, 2011 Posted April 17, 2011 hi can anyone give me some advice on diet, not to intence workouts atm just getting back into it ive got a multi gym bench and terddmill and im just looking for some advice so whats your usual daily meals consist of?,

Depending on whether you're looking to gain or lose weight will affect your calorie, carb and fat intake. Get plenty of vitamins/minerals, extra veg with dinner and multivitamin supplement if you can. Also eat fruit as a snack :)
