I have quite a high metabolism, and I'm wondering if that has a direct relation to pre-workout supplements? All my buddies take them to get pumped for their workout's and shit, but when I take them I literally feel nothing and push the same as If I didn't take it. I talked to my doctor about it, but she didn't tell me anything useful.
Soap Posted April 18, 2011 Posted April 18, 2011 metabolism is basically how fast you digest your food. (i think get roids to confirm) for instance my friend in school, thin as fuck, eats 4x more than me, doesnt do much exercise and still puts no weight on at all..

Eat foods that boost your metabolism, such as herbal tea, and eat more smaller portioned meals throughout the day I have a fast metabolism combined with sports so you gotta just keep eating whenever you can, a fast metabolism is good for bulking though if you do it right because you can maintain a lean core while getting big
