Lip Job Posted April 24, 2011 Posted April 24, 2011 What sports does everyone play? And do you work it into your fitness schedule or is it purely for fun?
Kofte Posted April 24, 2011 Posted April 24, 2011 Hockey - Travel team, not for school - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday night, most weekends for traveling Tennis - Maybe thinking of doing college tennis, playing for school and personally, every morning 6:30 (7)-9:30 Track - 100/200/400 Every afternoon 4-5:30 Honestly they screw up my fitness schedule because Im on a bulk but all of them are too much cardio, especially tennis, so my calorie surplus is way over a lot of other peoples. I do 4 day split, but right now ive been insanely busy with track too so ive been sticking with full body workouts as opposed to splits, trying to go in whenever I can. Once track season is over (next week) Im going back on 4 day split, doing it after schools

Lip Job Posted April 25, 2011 Author Posted April 25, 2011 I race karts. Don't even try to troll me saying "herp derp its not a sport" Because it is. I know it's a sport you need upper body strength to control it right?
pked fo sho1 Posted April 25, 2011 Posted April 25, 2011 Cross country, swimming, and track. After school I have cross country/track, where we will run anywhere from 2-12 miles total whether it be a workout, long run, or an easy day. I'll go to the gym and workout after practice 3-4 days a week. But during swim season we swim for 2 and a half hours everyday after school which ends at 2 30, so I get out of the pool around 5. And on Mondays and Thursdays we have dryland, which is just workout out. I never really gain mass during swim season because all we do is muscular endurance workouts and a ton of core.
Tango_Oscar Posted April 25, 2011 Posted April 25, 2011 Just bodybuilding, thats about it. 5 day split.
Dan| High Rating Posted April 25, 2011 Posted April 25, 2011 sprinting (competition in season training in off season), football (CAM) & rugby (outside centre) aswell as going to the gym, i try to aim my cuts when football and rugby season is over, as when eating under maintenence and doing HIIT its not a good idea to go and play two intense games of rugby/football on the weekend. Im starting to feel however that I will have to drop atleast one of these sports as its just getting too much, which is a shame because i've loved them all since i was little.
-Richard Posted April 25, 2011 Posted April 25, 2011 I play soccer, mainly for fun though, I don't plan on pursuing it in college and playing for a big school or anything.
Octavarium Posted April 25, 2011 Posted April 25, 2011 football. I say play football I tend to just stand on the goal line, chat to the keeper and tap it in. skating - just for fun, although I'm nowhere near where I want to be. I wish to start jiujitsu/mma soon too.
FearMy Def Posted April 26, 2011 Posted April 26, 2011 rugby union, rugby league, touch rugby, athletics swag and some others but i dont play often

Abbi pker Posted May 22, 2011 Posted May 22, 2011 I race karts. Don't even try to troll me saying "herp derp its not a sport" Because it is. Not a sport it requires no athleticism. It's almost the equivalent to bowling. As for sports I mainly play basketball.
