Nutrition Facts : Calories : 0 Total Fat : 0g Sodium : 0mg Total Carbs : 0g Sugars : 0g Protien : 0g Ingredients : Carbonated Water Citric Acid Potassium Benzoate(Preservative) Aspartame Potassium Citrate Acesulfame Potassium Natural Water It basicly is flavored water and tastes great. I want to know if this would be just as good as drinking water. I think to get like 10 cups of water a day in or more esp when i work out. I want to know if this would count as one of those cups. Thank you. Also, something else I drink is called Adirondack.
