Eric Posted May 15, 2011 Posted May 15, 2011 I hate water aswell it makes me sick but i jsut get on with it :) how can you hate water? it doesn't have a taste? unless its shitty bottled water from the dollar store :rofl: i drink anywhere from 5 - 8 sometimes up to 10 bottles of water a day because i'm constantly sweating at work..

Also, milk is good. milk has alot of sugars and fats in it, if that fits your macros then go ahead. to OP, idk how you get tired of water... everytime i drink it i'm just like "fuck, i fucking love you, you're so fucking good" lol. srsly tho i go through 3 liters in a workout, not including the rest of the day... idk what i'd do without it
