It's gonna be a real movie; Magnet is known for releasing movies that are overexaggerations of grindhouse movies from the 70s and 80s, like for example the movie Hobo with a Shotgun which the majority of you might not know considering it was only promoted heavily in Canada for some reason.

I'm probably gonna end up watching it just for fun, but I think it's gonna end up being quite funny for some reason :p
