I also kind of don't like how the actual bird is bevelled, and then it goes into a thicker 3d... It looks kind of strange. Other than that it's a cool concept, but yeah, I'm not diggin' it.

Xi Mocro Xi Posted April 30, 2011 Author Posted April 30, 2011 L2 render Rendered .PSD 1280 x 1024 in Cinema4D. With Ambient oclussion and Global illumination.. Lights and things from softboxes.. Bevel etc. : Fillet Cap linear. Then I rendered it in photoshop as a .png

May not be the best, but it turned out better than what most people can make when they first start. Though I do not like the lighting and the reflections, I would've toned them down a bit if I were you. Other than that the simple look is sometimes a good way to go :)
