lol.. breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

You don't eat anything from 10pm-7am.. then when you wake up you still dont eat anything?? You probably eat lunch at 12. Thats 14 hours without eating ANYTHING. Your body may not look like it is getting weak but inside is probably weak as fuck

I have had nothing but coffee for brekky for like 5 years and i'm fine. usually eat aroud 10:30-12.

But do you workout regularly?

Having no breakfast is bad, even when trying to lose weight. Ask any expert/dietician. I'd advise having at least something in the morning, even if it's a low-fat yoghurt or something (if you're trying to lose weight).

Hi Jared,

Breakfast is the most important meal as it provides you energy for the rest of your day.

Breakfast makes your system run better

You must eat breakfast as skipping breakfast might makes you grouchy,

Skipping breakfast slows your metabolism leading to weight gain.

MAKE time for breakfast, helps replenish the body and kick start your day.

make something before you sleep and eat it in the morning as you go to work/school watever.

Just take casein protein now before bed, used to wake up in the middle of the night and have a shake.

amazing how much different it makes

If you don't care about not being able to do fuck and be tired the entire time, if you don't care about being scrawny and look undereaten. If you don't care about not getting your vitamins. Then sure, no problem

Better to have actual food such as eggs than substitute it with a shake.

I actually found I got greater gains with protein shakes in the morning.

But yes, eggs are a great breakfast food.

Taking your morning sups in oatmeal with milk is alright.

I never skip breakfast even if I wake up late, I adjust my meal times if needed. I always either have oatmeal, wholegrain peanut butter toast or eggs.

I wouldn't be one for just having a shake in the morning without solids.

Yes it is harmful but long term, since breakfast is the most important meal of the day it's unhealthy to skip and will eventually catch up with you when you're older.
