Acclaimed|Jordan Posted May 4, 2011 Posted May 4, 2011 building muscle is building muscle, lift like a motherfucker AND do a bunch of cardio while taking supplements. Get your diet in shape, save money. don't get subway and just buyall the stuff at the grocery store
Smush Posted May 4, 2011 Posted May 4, 2011 Your friend is an idiot telling you to stop drinking milk and start drinking AJ and OJ. Milk is delicious for you. OJ and AJ could have too much sugar which is a no no. Milk on the other hand boosts your metabolism, a great source of complex carbs and calcium. It lowers your ins So drink up.
Steroids Posted May 4, 2011 Posted May 4, 2011 telling you to drink protein shakes but not drink milk rofl. disregard everything he's ever said because hes obv a scrawny mess.

Steroids is the fucking man. His word is law. edit: Also, when you say "ripped (like srly" he better be like fucking Arnold Goodluck bro!
dmonspawn Posted May 4, 2011 Posted May 4, 2011 OJ and AJ would be worse for you than Milk. Sure milk has sugar but its not added and shouldn't be much of a problem unless your doing keto or something like that. Look at people who do GOMAD they turn out fine usually. I can see why he said to avoid it though, as nearly a lot of milk in the USA has growth hormones in it. Do HIIT 2 times a week and do some lifting. No this will not make you look fatter! Weight is manipulated by diet, as long as your eating under maintenance you will loose wait. A little muscle never hurt anyone.
