I thought adding a slight brown to it would make the eyes slightly less dramatic.

Needs a bit more color, or bring out the eyes more and take away more color from the rest.

Changed things up a bit. Changed the color of her eyes, added a black/white contrast. Also slightly changed the sharpening.
