alec Posted May 8, 2011 Posted May 8, 2011 Been cutting for 3 weeks now Body fat is now 10% from 12-13ish Been adding in more drop sets, steam room, sprints, HIIT Supplements used for last 3 weeks Optimum Nutrition 100 Whey Gold, Double Rich Chocolate Jack3d New Cutting Supplement - RoxyLean ECA - 4 Trying to get as cut as my body can... Will continue my routine

Like the energy, sometimes heart rate annoys me at the gym, but all in all a good product. It's more natural than any product I've taken. Sometimes I feel as if im sitting and class and just blood is rushing through me. I like to think of it as burning fat :) @ Steroids- I just got off my bulk went from 183-196 -.- Now I want 190 but like 7-9%

Same routing 4 days a week normally Just added a more healthy diet, but I still eat A LOT. Just more healthier. If I try to lower my calories my metabolism is so fast that I'll be 178 from 195 in a month lol. Sprints at the end or before my work outs have helped. Walk 45 run 30 second on 12 mph and repeat for about 20 min. Steam room helps as well - 10-12 minutes Cut out any sweet, processed, and products with saturated fats at a high level. My metabolism does most of the work : )

We obviously all have different weight classes and if you tell someone to bulk and they're 150 lbs, you can't expect them to bulk to the weight you think "represents" a bigger look like 200lbs + I was 183 and gained about 11-13 lbs in about of 1-2 months of hard eating and heavy lifting. Put on a few lbs of fat and now I wish to burn it and reach my maximum "shredded" look. That's all. Enlighten me why you think I should Bulk? When I'm 196 lbs at 16 y/o Please don't say "To look bigger"
