Tip for people who want to get big calves:

While doing leg press, every set at the end of your set move your feet into position to do calve raises. Do each set to failure.

i'm proud of my calves, so i can't be tagged as that guy in the gym that neglects his legs. Obvious curl bros are obvious, wearing pants. I always sport the shorts.

I don't stick to a set workout.

I just hit a heavy compound for my first lift on the muscle group that i'm doing for that day.

And then isolation to failure.

I like to switch things up.
