I am skinny yes, it's just. I always try to eat healthy, but I just had 2 vacations, my brothers birthday, I'm gaining weight ya know.. I want to lose it again. Like I always eat alright. Like tomorrow at school I had a water, and a sub. I came home, got a glass of water, a yogurt and got on rs. At supper I'll probably get some rice or something..

EDIT: Fat free yogurt.

120 lbs at 5'8 doesn't sound healthy...try lifting to turn what weight you've gained into muscle, you'll still be skinny but you'll look better.

Losing 20 lbs when you're 5'8 and 140 lbs is plain stupid.

Why not lose fat and gain muscle? Don't give the excuse of no gym, because you can easily do pushups, planks, pullups, and other bodyweight exercises at home.

I call that lazy.

Because girls think 120 pound guys are aesthetically pleasing, as long as you have the six pack with no other muscle is all that matters.

Find your maintainence and eat 500 more than it, bulk do not cut. You can clean bulk if you want to since you want to eat healthy

At first, i was like yeah, good luck. Then i saw 140lb -> 120lbs

WTF?! I don't mean to be rude but wtf are you thinking, you should turn that into muscle and get BIGGER, not smaller. I started gym at 140lbs and wanted to bulk the fuck up, not get any thinner. It really isn't as healthy as you think, being skinny. My advice to you is to make that effort and go to a gym 3-4 times a week and build that muscle. You'll feel so much better with yourself after.

If you really can't get to a gym then at least do the above and start those push-ups, pull-ups & buy a small set of dumbbells or something.
