i would say get a rapier mate, ive gotten 2 on my main because i lost one and its just so god damn powerful and accurate

maul is 10x more fun on a pure than rapier. i got both go for the maul

Maul=HUGE hits, buts its VERY slow

rapier=Nice hits nice speed

On my pure i have a maul i dont regret it since i do waterfields with it but for pking rapier, for sure.

Best of both worlds tbh.

2nd best slash in the game and faster than godsword.

Best Stab bonus in the game, overlooked by the speed of the rapier which is bullshit.

For every 5 Rapier hits you get 4 CLS Hits

CLS has a better Hit Ratio it is +40 more accurate, probably great in minis slashing with 2nd best slash.

Maul is great, ofc, being the strongest weapon in the game. But get CLS perfect speed of longsword, with power of a godsword.

Okay rapier is fast but innacurate and its stab which is 104 with Addy Gloves is fast but barely effective except for on pures.

But CLS Slash which is 134 with addy gloves bashes through def.

Crapier is also expensive to recharge. Fuck the butterknife, get the damn longsword or maul.
