To be honest, your defense level is quite high compared to the amount of time you put in to your account... If I were you, I would transfer all the cash to a new account, and start there. Your defense level isn't getting any lower, and you'll dislike 11 defense once you're in the 70s for combat, if you don't already dislike it.
