Eating badly negatively affects your immune system which in turn makes you more susceptible to disease(s)/sickness. It's quite simple Marc.

lolwat? go 2 school brah

Go to English grinds if you can't speak it or else start your own French forum and troll people there

Your immune system is not just involved in fighting invaders like bacteria, but also becomes activated when you eat foods to which you are intolerant or allergic. Reactions to allergic foods can be quick, like the anaphylactic reaction often seen with peanut or shellfish allergies, but food allergy reactions can also be delayed and cause a number of symptoms like headaches, fatigue, muscle aches, rashes and other systemic (whole body) effects.

if you realize it hurts after you eat some food and you keep eating it, you're fucking retarded

eating what you want requires at least a bit of common sense.

But isn't that going off topic from your question?

"Does eating healthy make you live longer?"

It's quite obvious that it does.

you either haven't read anything i've said, or haven't understood a word...

I understand perfectly.

Yes, it makes the percentage of living longer greatly larger - I'll say it again - Which is quite obvious.

If you attempt to argue the fact that I'm wrong, then you're clearly in denial, or just an attention seeker.

Eat as much junk-food as you want, then ask yourself the same question in 20 years.

You have strong sources, Wikipedia.

Diseases such as scurvy are caused purely by poor diet, you cant forget kidney stones, heart disease, impotence, high blood pressure, arthritis, gall stones, high cholesterol, and gout. Although these can be caused by different sources, junk food is a major cause of all these due to the lack of valuable nutrition.

Commonly found in junk and fast food is also trans fat, or hydrogenated oils, which raise your LDL cholestrol level and increase the risk of heart disease.

You aren't obese right now because you are probably young and inhibit a high metabolism, wait until you age and your metabolism speed decreases. Your skin, eyes, hair, bones, organs, vessels will be shit due to lack of nutrients.

From obesity you will lose attraction your blood will be constricted to your penis causing erectile dysfunction and you will get no girls unless you pay for them.

That sounds like a fun life, why don't we try this you eat only junk food for 10 years and Ill continue my diet and see what happens.

You live once why would you fuck it up
