By the way, if you're going to use tutorials, don't copy them word-for-word, or else you won't learn anything and you'll become 100% dependant on them. Read the fundamentals of the tag that's being described, and apply your own spin on things and see how it turns out. That's basically how I learned :D

Don't copy them word for word - a fucking cross!

If you are still learning photoshop copy tutorials word by word, setting by setting. If you manage to replicate same , ie sig, then you know u learned what has been said. After u get used to all tools and features then start adding your own twist, mix and match parts of tutorials to create something different. When you learn that, try something unique.
