The wildy wasn't removed to stop just Xfering. It was removed to stop gold farmers because they were using fake credit cards and jagex had to pay paypal and such money so they had to stop the gold farmers from it.

tbh old bh was fine and goldfarmers didnt use it but they still removed that to stop the xfering soo... yes that is a reason why they removed the wildy

GoldFarmers used BH crater, you would give them your password and it would take around 4hours before they would be done transfering for you lol..

Honestly this is a terrible idea. Credit Cards are their #1 source of income, they would not risk removing that just to bring things back to how they were. And why should they? There has been no significant decrease in members so why risk it with removing CCs?
