Few month back when i started

But i started working full time last week, meaning in back to cycling 50 miles a week. On top of that playing summer rugby so training tuesdays and playing saturdays.

I am miles away from my ideal cardio status atm as i spent the last month slobbing in my flat revising and what not and then some solid drinking and shit when exams were over.

But yea, im back on it now and going hard so il update more in a month or so time when a lot of the effect will be starting to show ~ also working more abs too =D but im shit atm.

P.S going to be trying some new/different work out to current one to compliment my cardio etc. See how it goes. Ty roids.

I'm down 11 Kg/ 22 lbs since I started.  I want to lose like 7 more kg and then work on more muscle.
