on monday i start my 1 month cutting (toning/definition) routine. going to get back to my 11% bodyfat straight after my consecutive bulking cycles, at like 17% now. (ALL proper bulking diets will do this).

during previous years the only supplements i took were the obvious multy-vitamins, omega's, and low calorie/carb protein shakes. however, iv been looking into different supplements just to make it that much more effective, has anyone ever tried any sort of fat stripping pills etc. been looking at "animal cuts" inparticular - http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/univ/cutsfree.html

obviously for people interested u cannot just rely on supplements for cutting down, these are simply an aid to your perfect routine/diet.

not retaining muscle whilst stripping fat is a key issue that many people fail on.

not much different to a normal muscle building routine untill you look at the "workout notes".

Sounds good mate! Im doing some mean cutting atm. Doing heavy lifts but low reps.

Ive taken thermogenics before, they are good i personally they work.

I was on thermobol, but ive gone a bit higher and bough some grenades, got amazing reviews on monster supplements. Next month i think i might start taking stronger things depending on how these go.

ephedrine/caffeine stack is your friend.

better than any supplement, and cheap as fawk (bronkaid and caffeine pills, costs like 15-20). i haven't ran it yet, but i've heard it sucks to take while doing cardio since it's gonna elevate your h/r already.. but any cutting supp. is gonna do that

the amount of seconds per each section of your rep, e.g. these timings for pull-ups would be - 2 seconds pulling urself up to the bar, 1 second hold at top, 2 second lower down to starting position.

Like 4-6 different colored pills in the packs. Kinda interesting. I know one is like green tea extract o_O

On his 8th day I believe he had severe heart burn and threw up a few times. Use him right ;)

Will you be decreasing the weight your lifting? and how much?

And if you want extreme results, look into those ECA stacks. Pretty bad ass.

yes ill decrease the weight to whatevers necessary to complete the added number of reps and the short 30 sec rest period. when bulking i have 1.5 - 2 mins rest between sets so narrowing it down to 30 secs is always a challenge.

gl man, as for cutting supplements i've only ever used the standard omegas etc and I have used green tea aswell, which i feel got some results. Although, when I first used it though i had bad sleeping patterns and needed to relieve my bladder a lot, i'm not sure if this is a good thing or not but it was unconfortable and inconvienient. It does seem to work, but as for other sups i've never tried anything else. Gl on cutting, I absolutely hate cutting lol.

not gonna lie steroids, my mum has been a doctor since age of like 25 (almost 59 now) and every single one of the doctors in her practice including her say that you will not get a benefit from taking these hyped up supplements, just stick to the natural shit broooo

lol, caffeine raises your metabolism and suppresses hunger bruh bruh. most "supplements" are hyped up, but there are cutting supps that will raise your metabolism.

if you want to get intense about it, Clen will fuck your sht up lols

They are all hyped up but they do work.

Taking Clen, winny, and tren or test E as a stack is good.

Also taking the ECA stack along with gugglesterones is good.

Still bulking through summer because havent really put on much fat at all

Heard madcows 5x5 is good with keto diet, but I havent cut before so I cant give any personal opinions really

yes, anyone that knows what they're doing goes through different cycles, its the most effective way to get the body u want. u cant build muscle and lose fat at the same time without it taking ridiculously long.
