Need some pictures mate of your progress/cut.

I mean you're a knowledgeable guy, but until I see the pictures it'll be hard to believe you're 205+ lbs.

lol i post here to help people not to show off, if you don't think i put my knowledge into practice then thats fine. this topic was actually just about me needing oppinions of cutting supplements.

and the actual reason i havn't posted pics is because i don't have an iphone lead and idk how to work the email thing on it. next time im shopping i might rememer to buy one because iv had to charge my phone on a fucking docking-station thing for like a year.

So for bulking you should pause 2 minutes between each set?  Why is this?  I normally rush through my workout with 30 second gaps, I don't really see how that could be such a bad thing as long as I'm finishing my sets.

I find it really hard to last more then 15 minutes fast walking on a treadmill because my calfs just start aching

If you only need 30 second breaks then you aren't lifting enough.

Or I have high red blood cell count?  It isn't about how much I'm lifting I don't think, I can do like 26kg (on each arm) 1 rep max dumbell bench press.  I do 20*10*3 normally though, with about 30 seconds after each set.

'normally' thats ur problem, try progressing. fucking bump up the weight every now and again. sets of 10 are crap imo.

yeh if u only need 30 secs rest then i don't think you're going to around 80% of ur maximum exertion.

first day was today. really need to get back into the 30 sec rests, drastically lowerd my weight. is evening now and can feel my lack of carbs beggining to annoy me.
