elemental bodies?

Hey, i have PKed for about 2 years now, but recently, now that am apping to foe, ive been seeing alot of people wearing elemental workshop armour when ranging, ok, it gives really high magic defence, but thats it! wouldnt it be better to just wear a studded body, as i am 20 defence? it would also give a ranged attack bonus, that i think maybe would be better than some extra magic defence, but not sure, can you please comment and explain me please? Thanks!

Elemental is only for one def unless your a main with 33+

He's correct, it helps a lot in pk trips so you can tank barrage piles better. The mind body is the best magic def bonus for 1-20 def pures.

However, if you're solo pking, go for the studded body, unless you're planning to hybrid.

Mind body is good for  1 def tho, still bring it instead of studded on trips and preps, good mage def and looks pretty good.

if your 20 defence, best thing to wear are mystic bodys for mage bonus ;D
