Just interested.

I'm usually in the gym for 61-80 minutes depending on how busy it is, 4 or 5 times a week depending on uni's workload.

I usually go 45-60 minutes because there's usually cardio thrown in at the beginning or the end, and then abs and then of course my routine. If I go over an hour, my body gets real tired and I'm not as efficient as I would normally be.

It all depends on the workout, typically 45 minutes though.  Maybe a cheeky swim on top of that.

In the gym don't usually spend more than 60 minutes, if cutting often have 30-50 min cardio/HIIT at a separate time aswell.

60-80mins usually depends how busy but like steroids, only 45mins due to reduced rest time atm

mine's 45-65 I guess. I do half a mile for warm up, then super set with a friend and finish off with this rowing machine which destroys you lol.

When I do happen to drag myself like 25 minutes by car to the closest gym to my house, I only work out for like 1/2 an hour, which is usually strictly cardio; if I do happen to stay for more than 30 minutes I, once again hit the treadmill or the track for 25-30 minutes before hitting weights for a while lol
