Cal Posted June 14, 2011 Posted June 14, 2011 Im not at all, BBQ isnt even amazingly unhealthy.. gotta fry or cook that shit normally, BBQ takes a hell of a lot of fat out, meat is meat and always good for a bulk but grilling meat isnt the best way to go about it thats all i mean :)

SkidooosH Posted June 16, 2011 Posted June 16, 2011 i've got a few that keep me going while cutting.. tuna salad with saltines pickles (a large pickle is 5-10 calories srs) and recently.. tons of fucking spinach, buy it frozen or in the huge cans and just cook that shit up with some tomatoes/salt/onions.. brb feasting like a boss and only getting like 150-200 calories luls
