Slayer on a Pure

It is worth training slayer on a 31 prayer pure?  I already have 55 slayer, but not sure if I should spend the extra time on slayer if I'm not going to be able to even kill any of the good monsters.

get 55 Slayer, if you have it already then its your choice. id get 60+ just incase you become short on cash u can make it back!

Yeah, I don't see why not. Sometimes you will require to do Mage Pray or Range pray depending on your task.

I actually discovered yesterday that slayer makes good money. I got an aberrant spectre task and I made 300k or so (at lvl 65 slayer).

Slayer is great cash overall, have a look at canadian, 13 prayer reppin 88 slayer, he's also well off for finaces,  I slay on my tank and I must admit, its great for charms, alot of herbs/seeds and its a great variety for training.

If you're only going for like 55-65 then it's a no-brainer, go for it. If you are looking at 83+ imo if you have a main get the slayer on that account.

You can not succesfully train slayer as a pure without 43+ prayer. Still, it will be harder, take longer, and require more work to get high levels on a pure than a main. But yes, it's solid cash, good training, and there's quite a slayer community.
