Example: If I sell a rs account to like gold4rs and get money on paypal for it and I spend the dollars on paypal ....like a few weeks later im gonna recover the account and trade cash (if there is cash on it)  to my account. Is there anything gold4rs can do against me then? Like charge back the money...but thats not possible right when I already spent it

You hack back an account you sold to Gold4rs within 2 months of selling it, they get involved with Paypal, if you sold it for 100 GBP and spent that 100 GBP, you will go 100 GBP into negative credit. If that isn't payed off in so many days, you'll get phone calls, court case, etcetc.
