I'm 6'3"-6'4" and 220 lbs.  I was wondering if someone could provide me a specific for a Center in basketball.

Provide you a specific routine?

Get on compounds if your playing basketball: Bench, Military, Pull Ups, Chin Ups, Rows, Deadlifts, Squats, Dips...You dont really need isolation for sport specific

Either go with a Starting Strength routine or Upper/Lower (Probably would suggest for basketball)

Squat big especially, hard on calves, and box jumps for explosiveness, will raise your vertical

Tom (Rendition)

i know nothing about basketball

Or exercise

Kofte's input was good.  Sprints on top of that?  50m sprint, rest for 10, 50 sprint, rest for 10, 50m sprint.  Rest for 5 minutes, start again.

Medicine ball granny ball tosses as well.  And I don't really know the name for it, but the medicine ball exercise where you chest thrust up as far as you can up against a wall and just keep repeating, jump as you thrust as well.
