need summer flex

started doing weights again mostly dung-bells, gonna start going gym next week was wondering if i should follow a strict routine or what and what sort of foods etc i should be eating, im like roughly 9 and half stone not 100% sure but roughly last time i checked, need some decent advice.

Is there any decent protein supplements around i used to take maxi muscle but people say it is to overpriced so any advice on this.
