I've been doing pushups lately ( Like 2 months 4 times a week 3 sets of like 15 - 12 - 10 ) But I still can't get more then 15 push ups per set. How does this come? Am I doing them wrong or is it normal some tips would be appreciated

Lol you have a weak chest. Either you're doing it wrong, or you're over training.

The average person should be able to do at least 30 pushups, somethings wrong with you mate.

rofl you go ask someone in the street to do 30 i bet they could only just do 10 not even that.

Maybe just do 1 set max reps instead of 3 sets and hold some weight on your back

gimic ill stick with normal dungbells if that was the case i would expect gyms to have them i dont see them in gyms so it must be a gimic

Dumbell*

Push ups are good for muscular endurance but shouldnt be done if your trying to build muscle. They are used alot for boxers or for people who are trying to get the CV up.

I see. What exercise do you recommend to train your chest/triceps at home ?

no bodyweight exercises are any good for building chest muscle other than chest dips.

join a gym or get alot of equipment.

Tom (Rendition)

Chest is probably one of the harder exercises to workout without any weights.

Most other things you can get a reasonable workout at home if you have a chinup bar or some parralel bars.
