1 year into lifting

Lifts:

Squat: Bodyweight

Deadlift 60kg

Bench 10kg dumbbells

Measurements (cold):

Arms: 12-13s?

After (strong mouth and unclean mirror):

That pic was taken today and has been 6 months since it happened, was a lot worse than that could barely walk when it happened :( and had to have weights passed to me.

Lifts:

Squat: 100kg to parallel (120kg inc bar)

Deadlift 130kg

Bench 44kg dumbbells

Some measurements (cold):

Arms: 15.8

Chest: 37-38

Legs: 21

Waist: 30

Think I've done ok.

Height and weight?

Not going to lie, your deadlift and squat are kind of low for the size of your arms.

Good transformation though.

5ft 11 and 180lbs. I know didn't deadlift from when i first started lifting and then it took me a while to get my form correct, as no-one else does them in my gym and so had to learn from watching videos when I'd get home then go and do lightweight ones. Now I've it got it perfect I should start to see it jump up fast, hoping for 150kg this friday.

Yeah, each arm feelsgoodman. Gonna go for 50kg each arm by the end of august.

Yeah core could do with some work, kinda disregarded it after a while doing abs bores me. Wish I didn't stop now :(, but gonna start doing em every other day again.

You don't like closing your mouth much, do you?

u look very small for someone who would be benching 44kg dbs. very small indeed. good job tho

Yeah defiantly, will hopefully be doing the 50kg dumbbells by then! Just gotta hope ive not lost too much strength after two weeks of drinking in malia. I feel tiny.
