All asshole aside, a few things:

First, you're random. Completely random, to be exact, considering the fact that you have 4 posts as a guest.

Second, there's a whole topic in regards to requests, and what you should know about them.

Third, cartoons are extremely hard to make, and not many people do them besides a few people in the community, regardless of whether or not they pay out.

You should look at some of the other topics that are posted around the section to look for somebody who would like to make you one for RSGP, but yet again, knowing the people who make said cartoons your post is extremely mundane and almost painfully boring reading as a request, let alone actually doing. Be creative if you're willing to shell out cash and have people do something for you.

Also, a better explanation and a "please" would be nice, as opposed to just blowing out demands at 4 post count.
