Jim Posted June 30, 2011 Posted June 30, 2011 Don't make a habit of punching doors/walls, used to do it a lot, it's really fucking stupid and redundant. If you HAVE to hit something to relieve stress, kick a wall with the ball of your foot, it doesn't hurt and it's just as effective. Also, never went to the doctor's/hospital for my knuckles, unless your fingers are point 45 degrees in the wrong direction there's nothing a bit of ice, bandages and time can't heal.
