Tango_Oscar Posted July 1, 2011 Posted July 1, 2011 Today ive had 3 nosebleeds for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Anybody got any ideas? Started HDrol this week so it could be hormonal?

I Meleed I Posted July 1, 2011 Posted July 1, 2011 Not too sure what may have caused it unless if you have been lifting today? Inparticular deadlifts (heavy) as you have to hold your breath abit. This increased blood pressure could be blowing some capilaries in your nose. If you weren't lifting today, fuck knows brah. I get em fairly randomly or if I have a cold (all sniffy and shit) lol.
