Nose bleeds

Today ive had 3 nosebleeds for absolutely no reason whatsoever.

Anybody got any ideas?

Started HDrol this week so it could be hormonal?

Not sure tbh mate, ive got a couple of friends that just have them daily without reason.. ive never had one in my life, guess its just one of those things!

Not too sure what may have caused it unless if you have been lifting today?

Inparticular deadlifts (heavy) as you have to hold your breath abit. This increased blood pressure could be blowing some capilaries in your nose.

If you weren't lifting today, fuck knows brah. I get em fairly randomly or if I have a cold (all sniffy and shit) lol.

Was shoulder pressing 75lb dumbells, but thats not particularly heavy  :(

I didn't know you were on prohormones Tango! What are you running atm? Been reading up abit on PH/Steroids recently.

Running a Halodrol clone atm bud was gonna go on PPh or M-drol but they're not good as first PH's.

H-drol gives good lean dry gains :)
