Right lads as you can see from the title it's time to see how far we've come in terms of our personal goals (as quoted from the "Your Profile" topic).

Goals: - Bench up to about 275 by summer

- Abs by summer hopefully

1.2km, 5 reistantce in 4 minutes, then keeping under 4 and gradually bulding that resistance up.

I don't really time my swims, but 30 length in 20 minutes sounds about righttt....maybe?

10 dips, 20kg between legs

That exercise where you have a bar which you start at right angled arms then pull downto your hips and then let it back up to right angle.  80kg targ?

I don't really gym that much, so it will literally take likee...fucking year or longer to ever achieve those goals (apart from swimming which I do reg).

Sean: Wanted to up weight past 145lbs to 155-170 - currently weighing in at 155lbs and aiming to continue the bulk until 170lbs before starting his cut. Pics are above ^.

For most of you people ( sorry if I have missed any ) it has been nearly 4 months since you've last updated your progress! Lets have some recognition for you dedicated cunts that have stuck to your goals! (Pictures are good too)

158lbs, got the majority of my six pack back, attending a gym 3 or 4 times a week now, 12 lbs to go in 2 months!

i bulkd to 95kg and im still in my first month of cutting but got a good few kg down and im actually enjoying it, usually i just enjoy bulking. i think im 13%bf now, idk y i put 11% a while ago b4 i even started the cut, probs meant that thats what im aiming for.

93ish -> 78.4 Kgs since start. Can definitely  see a difference in legs/core.  Two week break soon, gonna start building muscle soon, arms need work bad.

Still got a month to work on the beach body but here are my stats ..

Bench: 190 - FFS this is too hard to get up.

Squat - 285+

Deadlift - 335+ - Just started doing them a few weeks ago, my favorite exercise by far.

My six pack turned into a 4 pack, I got a bigger chest, arms still small at 14.75"

I need them to look cut. I might post pics if I can get my hands on a camera.

I was 8.7% BF, but I probably am at around 9-10%.

Lol everyone loves a good old deadlift. mainly because you can start out at 250-300lb :p, if ur lucky.

Been training heavy for about 3 months now arms haev went from 12 1/2 to 14 and havnt gotten round to doing my chest yet :)

I don't know if my weights are talking about sets....but yeh.

Havn't been rowing as I've been trying to bulk - fail

Havn't been swimming all that much, but I'm sure I could most likely do 30 lenghts in 20 minutes. - achieved?

26kg*10*3 inclince dumbell press - achieved

havnt been progressing as much as I'd like with shoulders, I'm up to 10kg*10*3. - fail

biceps I've been struggling too, i do barbell now, but I'm at 30kg*10*3, will be moving up to 35*8 next time I go - fail.

Havn't been doing chinups, but I know i can do that now- achieved

Unrealistic target for the dips.  I do 4kg between the legs 8*3 - fail

I don't do that exercise anymore, fuck knows - fail

I guess I've done ok, especially considering i didnt go to the gym for a month while i was away.

I've fucking lost weight though........how........I havn't been doing cardio, I've been eating bare, started taking supplments, higher bodyfat, made gains with my lifting. confused.
