Mortuls Posted July 7, 2011 Posted July 7, 2011 parents buy healthy foods and always pesting me to munch down the fruits and greens. Basics lads - apple day keeps the Doctor away.
TJ Posted July 9, 2011 Posted July 9, 2011 my mum called me fat. i prove that bitch wrong. :trollbob:
Tom (Rendition) Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 I get quite a good diet eating with my parents although the meals arent paticualrly high proteind. My mum and girlfriend bitch at me atleast once a week about taking whey, they don't even have a logicial argument against it, they just say it isnt natural and say I'm image obsessed.....although I'm not even going to the gym for aesthetics. I want strength and performance. I don't give a shit about a six pack and all that shit or I'd stop eating so much pastries and shit (although I'm naturally quite low body fat).
Juelz Posted July 13, 2011 Posted July 13, 2011 Personally my parents are very supportive about staying in shape in my house since they are doctors/nurse so getting protein etc isnt a problem
Jonny Posted July 14, 2011 Posted July 14, 2011 My family eats fucking extremely healthy and quality food. My dad is like: you can damage your body badly in the gym if you dont know what you're doing and my mother doesn't really care and doesn't know anything about it. so I do whatever I want but don't have any special support
poet Posted July 16, 2011 Posted July 16, 2011 lol... my mum gets a bunch of shit food like mcdonalds and makes greasy bloody meats and like pasta with the unhealthy as maranara...... and when mum goes market she gets like cakes pasterys chips etc cause my bros are fat focking lads and sit on chair all day n put chips on belly and eat it.
FearMy Def Posted July 16, 2011 Posted July 16, 2011 my mum called me fat. i prove that bitch wrong. :(
Gareth l Rare Posted July 16, 2011 Posted July 16, 2011 Well I live on my own so don’t get moaned at by anyone. Only problem is lack of money, have to decide whether to spend it on decent food but as a result I have to cut expenditure in other areas, eg going out less or not going out on a piss up ect. But since sainsburys is like a 35min walk away (then 35 return with bangs of shopping) I tend to order from tesco online or grab a bag of shopping on way home for the night meal. As a result tend to just jog and do house routine work outs as GYM too expensive, lucky for those who live with their parents as they may have the luxury of getting their membership paid for and such.
Tom (Rendition) Posted July 19, 2011 Posted July 19, 2011 Hahahaha, my mum just told me I have a body shape that is "approaching abhorant"............I'm not even big or paticularly toned.
