They're fucking expensive (50$ for insanity is cheap, dunno about P90X), and apparently suitable for the marines (joining soon).

I'll give somebody rsgp if they post a link for either workout.

Thanks

I believe we cannot post the links, However, I have to inform you Insanity is about 33 GB worth of downloads and p90X around 7-9GB depending on the quality.

If you want, pm me for it.

I have P90x

It costed me $120 CAD in total to buy it and I haven't even tried it... I keep procrastinating, and I really don't want to follow the meal plan that comes with it. I've been actually thinking of doing it without following a meal plan, but then I realized that that kind of ruins the point of doing it in the first place :s

You'll be able to find it on like Demonoid or some other torrent site no problem.

To those who don't know what it is, it's a 90 day workout routine that actually has guaranteed results, and it's actually quite challenging and takes a lot of will power to go through with.

Insanity is for cardio. P90X is for strength/athleticism, but obviously you'll miss out on the big lifts such as bench/squat/deadlift. I did P90X two years ago when I didn't have time to hit the gym, and it is good for beginners. It teaches you a lot about what type of exercises to do to hit every muscle in every way. I recommend it to anyone with some fitness but not a lot of knowledge about lifting. Just do what you can and stick with it.
