F A R C 4 St Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 Im just wanted to know if taking whey protein alone (along with milk, healthy diet) is good to do when building muscle and what are some of the negative side effects you have gotten when taking whey protein.

Also take bio-oil cause your gonna get really big really quickly! Don't get addicted to it like i did, i got to the point i couldnt swallow enough so i was snorting it too, putting it in my ears etc. ITS A BIG BAD WORLD OUT THERE! B CAREFUL!
