Im just wanted to know if taking whey protein alone (along with milk, healthy diet) is good to do when building muscle and what are some of the negative side effects you have gotten when taking whey protein.

klol fucking dumb ass, only 'negative' thing is if u takesomuch protein like i was at one point taking 240g of protein in shakes alone, it makes ur kidneys sore-ish so drink water to help them out

Causes acne proper bad mate, be careful with whey protein, make sure you get the pure stuff.

Also take bio-oil cause your gonna get really big really quickly!

Don't get addicted to it like i did, i got to the point i couldnt swallow enough so i was snorting it too, putting it in my ears etc.

It doesn't cause acne. It's protein. There is nothing hormonal about it.

I take it with milk, post-workout. I was able to add some pretty good size with it.
